MIXBAG carries a LIFETIME GUARANTEE to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover reasonable wear and tear or abuse. We will repair or replace, free of charge, any item that is found to be defective in materials or workmanship. Defects are considered to be failure of fabric of bag or lining, unstitched seams, broken accessories, incomplete kit. For the exchange of the defective goods please submit a request to the Contact Us page in the online store, fill out the "Contact Us" form, describing the defect and specifying the date of the order and make sure you specify contact information as well.
The warranty goes into effect from the original date of purchase and applies to the original owner. In the case of Return or Exchange of the defective goods we defray the expenses of delivery.
If we reckon the fault occurred as a result of ‘abnormal’ usage – no offence intended – we’ll contact you and obtain your approval to repair the bag at your expense.
EXCHANGE OR REFUND
You can exchange the goods or request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase on conditions of keeping the document that confirm the purchase (check and/or declaration of cargo delivery by courier service), packing box and all labels. You can return MIXBAG if it wasn’t in use and if you keep the packing box and the document that confirm the purchase (check and/or declaration of cargo delivery by courier service). Buyer is responsible for shipping costs in case of returns. We refund the purchase price of the bag.
To return or exchange MIXBAG you should apply to the store where you’ve ordered the bag and specify the reason for return.
For resellers. Upon receipt of the lot of MIXBAG bags you need to check each of them. If you find any defects, contact us, provide the photos and description of the defects and make a request for the goods return or exchange.
